AL-HAYA FOOD INDUSTRIES CO. LTD.

Established in 1996, this company was created to carry on the production of the well-known brand of meat products, Siniora, which has dominated the Palestinian and Jordanian markets since 1920. In our effort to support existing operations in Palestine and to add both financial strength and technical know-how to these operations, Al-Haya was formed in partnership with the original owners of the brand, The Siniora Meat Factories of Jerusalem.

In its state-of-the-art plant in Bethany near Jerusalem, Al-Haya produces 3,000 tons of various fine meat products per year. These include roasts, sausages, frankfurters, luncheon meat, prime cuts, dried beefs and mortadella, all processed and cooked according to strict international standards of hygiene and according to Islamic Halal practices.
