• The Siniora Meat Factories of Jerusalem had been a well-known brand in the region since its establishment in 1920. APIC seized the opportunity to acquire Siniora in Jordan in 1992, and in Palestine in 1996, under the name Siniora Food Industries, Ltd.
• Siniora Food Industries, operational in both Jordan and Palestine, annually produces thousands of tons of fine meats in over 70 varieties, including roasts, sausages, frankfurters, luncheon meats, prime cuts, dried beefs and mortadella.
• All meat products are processed and cooked according to strict international standards of hygiene and Islamic halal practices.
• The company distributes and sells processed meat products, as well as imports the raw materials.
• Siniora distributes its foodstuffs to the local Jordanian and Palestinian markets, and exports to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and North Africa.
• Siniora utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to offer quality and cost-effective products that exceed international hygiene, quality and safety standards.

Certificates

• Siniora Food Industries Jordan holds the internationally-recognized standard certifications HACCP and ISO 9001:2001, which certify the products through regular inspections of all the company’s processes.
• Siniora Food Industries Palestine received the HACCP 22000 and ISO 9001:2001 certifications that cover all food safety procedures and processes. The company was the first in Palestine to receive the HACCP certificate in 2005.
• Siniora Food Industries Palestine also received the Palestinian Standard Certificate (PS) for cold cuts and canned luncheon meats.
