APIC was an initiative of a number of Palestinian and Arab businessmen, who wished to create a method for channeling funds and investments in Palestine.

APIC provides quality products and services that had only been available previously on a costly imported basis. Often these services did not exhibit the sensitivity required to operate in the complex political and social environment of Palestine.
